MINE

Docs · Version 4.0

Building the next generation of creator businesses.

Why MINE exists, what the platform does today, and where it is going.

Letter from the Founders

Creative production has never been more accessible.

Today, a single creator can produce music, artwork, video and promotional content without the budgets, specialist teams or industry connections that were once essential. Artificial intelligence is giving millions of people access to creative capabilities that were once reserved for professionals.

But while creating has changed dramatically, building a successful creator business has not.

Creators still move between separate tools to create content, manage intellectual property, publish releases, reach audiences and generate revenue. Each platform solves a specific problem, leaving creators to connect the entire process themselves.

We started MINE because we believe creative software should reflect what creators are actually trying to build.

A song, a video or an image is rarely the end goal. Over time, creative work becomes intellectual property. Intellectual property attracts an audience. Audiences create commercial opportunities. Together, they form the foundation of a creator business.

MINE brings that entire process into one platform, beginning with music.

Creators can develop an artist, generate music and visual content, manage releases, grow a catalogue and prepare their intellectual property for long-term monetization. As the platform evolves, the same foundation can support AI-native creator businesses across entertainment, media and future forms of digital content.

Our ambition is to make professional creative and commercial infrastructure available to every creator, regardless of budget, geography or access to the traditional industry.

Artificial intelligence makes that possible, but technology alone is not the purpose of MINE. Our purpose is to give creators the tools to create, own, distribute and grow valuable intellectual property.

The chapters that follow explain why we believe the next generation of creator businesses will be built differently and why MINE is being built for that future.

Chapter 01

The Shift

Every major technological breakthrough changes who gets to participate.

Recording technology made professional music production possible. The internet removed the barriers to global distribution. Streaming gave listeners instant access to almost every song ever released.

Artificial intelligence is the next transformation.

For the first time, professional creative capabilities are becoming accessible to anyone with an idea. Tasks that once required studios, agencies and specialist teams can increasingly be performed by a single creator.

This changes more than the creative process.

It changes the economics of creation.

History has shown that when the cost of creating falls, participation rises. Desktop publishing expanded the number of designers. YouTube enabled millions of video creators. Shopify gave entrepreneurs the tools to build businesses without traditional retail infrastructure.

Creative industries follow the same pattern.

As barriers disappear, more people create. As more people create, new markets emerge.

Entertainment is entering that transition.

Artificial intelligence is not simply producing more content. It is enabling a new generation of creators to build businesses around intellectual property that would previously have been impossible to create or sustain.

Music is where this transformation begins.

The opportunity extends far beyond it.

Chapter 02

The Problem

Artificial intelligence has transformed the way creators produce content.

It has not transformed the way they build businesses.

Despite rapid advances in creative technology, the workflow surrounding it remains fragmented. A creator might generate music in one platform, produce artwork in another, edit video somewhere else, distribute through a separate service and manage marketing, analytics and audience engagement across several more.

Each tool performs its own function well.

Together, they create unnecessary complexity.

As creators become more independent, they are expected to manage far more than the creative process. They build brands, develop intellectual property, publish across multiple channels, grow audiences and create new revenue streams, all while moving between disconnected software.

Success should simplify a creator's workflow.

Instead, it often makes it more complicated.

Creative assets become scattered across platforms. Publishing is disconnected from creation. Audience data is separated from the content that generated it, while commercial opportunities are managed through entirely different systems.

The software reflects an industry where every task belonged to a different specialist.

Today's creators are expected to do it all.

They don't need more creative tools.

They need a platform designed to build, manage and grow creator businesses from one connected workspace.

Chapter 03

The Opportunity

The first generation of AI platforms helped creators produce content.

The next generation will help them build businesses.

Creating content is only the starting point. The real value is created over time as songs, videos, images and other creative work become intellectual property, attract audiences and generate commercial opportunities.

That changes what creators need from software.

Today's platforms are designed to complete individual tasks. They generate a song, an image or a video. Once the content is finished, the workflow largely ends.

Building a creator business is different.

Creative work needs to be organized, published, distributed, monetized and managed over time. Every release should strengthen an existing catalogue, reinforce a brand and contribute to a business that continues to grow.

This is the category MINE is building.

Not another generation tool, but the platform that connects the entire lifecycle of a creator business.

Music is where we begin because it represents one of the largest opportunities created by artificial intelligence today.

The platform is designed to extend far beyond it.

The same foundation can support creators across entertainment, education, media and future forms of digital intellectual property.

Our vision is to give every creator the infrastructure to build, own and grow a business around their intellectual property from a single platform.

Chapter 04

Introducing MINE

MINE is building the operating system for creator businesses.

The platform brings together the tools creators need to build, manage, distribute and grow their work from a single workspace.

We begin with music because it is one of the first creative industries being fundamentally reshaped by artificial intelligence. The opportunity, however, extends far beyond music.

Whether someone is building an artist, a virtual personality, an educational brand or another form of digital media, the challenge is remarkably similar.

Creating content is only the first step.

Long-term success depends on organizing creative work, building an audience, managing releases, generating revenue and developing a business that compounds over time.

MINE connects that entire journey into one continuous workflow.

Creators can develop their identity, generate music and visual assets, publish releases, manage their catalogue and grow their audience without moving between disconnected platforms.

The platform is designed to evolve alongside artificial intelligence.

As new models emerge, creators should benefit from better technology without rebuilding their workflow or losing the history of everything they have created.

Our ambition is simple.

To give every creator a single platform where ideas become creative assets, creative assets become businesses and businesses create lasting value.

Over time, MINE will enable creators to automate an increasing share of their creative and commercial operations, allowing businesses built on the platform to scale with significantly less manual work.

Chapter 05

The Platform

MINE is organized around a single Creator Workspace.

Instead of separating creation, publishing and business management across multiple applications, the platform brings every stage of the creator journey into one connected environment. Music, visual assets, releases, audience data and commercial activity remain connected because they all belong to the same creator business.

The Creator Workspace acts as the foundation of the platform. Every project, creative asset, release and business activity is organized in one place, allowing creators to build a growing portfolio of intellectual property without constantly moving between disconnected tools.

From this workspace, creators can access the core capabilities of MINE:

  • AI-powered music generation
  • Creative asset production
  • Publishing and distribution
  • Catalogue management
  • Audience growth
  • Monetization
  • Business intelligence

These capabilities are designed to work together rather than as standalone products. Content can move naturally from creation to publication, while audience insights, catalogue management and commercial activity remain connected throughout the lifecycle of a creator business.

As artificial intelligence continues to evolve, MINE evolves with it. New models and technologies can be integrated into the platform without disrupting the creator's workflow or the business they have already built.

The technology will continue to change. The platform is designed so creators don't have to change with it.

Chapter 06

Why MINE Wins

Artificial intelligence will continue to improve.

Creative models will become faster, more capable and more widely available. As the technology matures, generating music, images, video and other forms of creative content will become increasingly accessible.

This is unlikely to be a lasting competitive advantage.

The greater opportunity lies in everything that happens after the content is created.

Creators don't build sustainable businesses around individual outputs. They build them around recognizable brands, growing catalogues, engaged audiences and intellectual property that compounds in value over time.

Those needs exist regardless of which AI model produces the content.

MINE is designed around that long-term relationship.

Rather than competing to offer the best generation model, the platform connects creation, publishing, audience growth, monetization and business management into a single environment that evolves alongside the creator.

As creators build more valuable businesses, the platform becomes a more valuable part of those businesses. Their catalogue grows, their audience expands and the value of their intellectual property increases, while MINE remains the foundation connecting each stage of that journey.

Artificial intelligence will continue to evolve, and new creative models will continue to emerge.

MINE is designed to evolve with them, giving creators access to the latest technology without requiring them to rebuild the business they have already created.

Chapter 07

The Business Model

MINE is designed to grow alongside the creator businesses built on the platform.

Many creators will begin with a single project. Over time, those projects become a catalogue, attract an audience and develop into valuable intellectual property. As that business grows, so do the tools required to support it.

What begins with content creation naturally expands into publishing, distribution, audience analytics, rights management, licensing, brand partnerships and new forms of monetization. Rather than requiring creators to assemble new software at every stage, MINE is designed to provide that infrastructure within a single platform.

This creates a business model based on long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions.

The more a creator builds, the more valuable the platform becomes. Every release, audience interaction and commercial opportunity strengthens the role MINE plays in that creator's business, making the platform increasingly difficult to replace over time.

This creates a natural alignment between MINE and the creators it serves.

When creators succeed, they create more intellectual property, reach larger audiences and unlock new commercial opportunities. As that happens, MINE expands alongside them, providing the infrastructure needed to support the next stage of growth.

Our ambition is to become the platform creators rely on throughout the lifetime of their business, from their first release to a mature portfolio of intellectual property.

Chapter 08

Roadmap

MINE will be developed in stages, with each phase expanding the platform while staying true to a single objective: helping creators build and grow sustainable creator businesses from one connected workspace.

Phase One

Build

Establish the foundation of the platform by bringing identity, music generation, creative assets and project management into a unified Creator Workspace. The goal is to replace fragmented creative workflows with a single environment built around the creator.

Phase Two

Publish

Extend the platform beyond creation by introducing publishing, distribution and catalogue management. Creators can move seamlessly from producing content to releasing and managing it, while maintaining ownership and control of their work.

Phase Three

Grow

Equip creators with the tools needed to build sustainable businesses. Audience insights, analytics, monetization, collaboration and business management become integrated parts of the platform, helping creators transform creative work into long-term value.

Phase Four

Expand

Extend the platform beyond music into new forms of digital media and intellectual property. The same infrastructure that supports AI artists can power virtual personalities, educational brands, entertainment projects and future creator businesses that have yet to emerge.

Each phase builds on the last, allowing creators to grow without replacing the tools they rely on.

Our vision is not to build software for a single stage of the creative process. It is to build the operating system creators continue to use as their ideas evolve into intellectual property, businesses and lasting brands.
